We are a small, family run hotel in Polzeath, offering fantastic and exceedingly reasonable priced accommodation on a Bed & Breakfast basis.

All our rooms include luxuries like… well a bed for starters.  But also TVs, FREE fibre broadband wi-fi, Tea/Coffee/Hot Chocolate making facilities with and biscuits, electronic safe, touch sensitive lamps, hairdryer, little odds and ends like soap, lotions, shampoo, things to stick down your ear etc.  We do not permit smoking in the building as we don’t like it, but we do have a designated smoking area outside with benches. All public areas are centrally heated, not that it matters as we turn it off during the summer anyway (nice and warm in Polzeath!).

Guests are free to come and go as they please. If however it is your intention to stay out until the early hours of the morning partying, then we are not the place for you.
