We are a small, family run hotel CATERING ONLY FOR THE OVER 30's AND SMALL FAMILIES, offering fantastic and exceedingly reasonable priced accommodation on a Bed and Full English Breakfast Basis.  We are 4 Star.  All our bedrooms (double en-suites) include: Colour TV, Tea/Coffee making facilities, an electronic safe, a hairdryer and if we really like you... a bed!  We do not permit smoking in the house as we don't like it.  The lounge, which has recently been refurbished houses a really comfortable suite to relax in.  All public areas are central heated which is turned off anyway during the summer.  

There is ample car parking in front of the hotel which is equipped with security lights.  Guests can feel free to come and go throughout the day.  If it is your intention to party until the early hours of the morning, then we are not the place for you to stay.  

Our "new guise" licensed restaurant is very popular with both our guests and the general public.  We offer scrumptious homemade meals at very equitable prices.  The Bar area is also popular with residents for night caps.  Outside the property there are areas to sit on those hot barmy nights.  We don't regret we do not accept pets, including hippos.
