We are a small, family run hotel CATERING ONLY FOR THE OVER 30's AND SMALL FAMILIES, offering fantastic and exceedingly reasonable priced accommodation on a Bed and Full English Breakfast Basis.  We are 4 Star.  All our bedrooms (double en-suites) include: Colour TV, Tea/Coffee/Hot Chocolate  making facilities + biscuits and mints, an electronic safe, touch lamps, hairdryer, little odds and ends like cotton wool, things to stick in your ear etc. and if we really like you... a bed!  We do not permit smoking in the house as we don't like it.  The lounge, which has recently been refurbished houses a really comfortable suite to relax in.  All public areas are central heated, not that it matters as we turn it off anyway during the summer.  

There is ample car parking in front of the hotel which is equipped with security lights.  Guests are free to come and go as they please.  If it is your intention to party until the early hours of the morning, then we are not the place for you to stay.  

Our  licensed restaurant is very popular with both our guests and the general public.  We offer scrumptious homemade meals at very equitable prices.  The Bar area is also popular with residents for night caps.  Outside the property there are areas to sit on those hot barmy nights.  We don't regret we do not accept pets.
